Intuitive Energy Alignment is a gentle, holistic session offering Reiki, sound therapy, and energy healing in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. Based in Matata, I support clients both in-person and remotely with calming, restorative sessions designed to balance your energy and support your nervous system. This session is ideal if you’re experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or are feeling stuck and disconnected. It’s also a powerful support for those seeking clarity, relaxation, and a deeper connection to themselves. A personalised Bach flower blend can be added for support alongside your session if you wish. Each session is intuitively guided and may include Reiki energy healing, vocal toning, and gentle work with the body's meridians and chakras. You’ll remain fully clothed, resting comfortably as your body shifts into a deeply relaxed state. This is a safe, nurturing space to release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with your natural flow. For online sessions, choose 'Divine Distance (remote)' option.
